The culture of the 1970s: the ghost of the Great Depression is alive and well in Ulyanovsk through designer clothing made by Aygul Zuykova. Gripping and practical, slightly hot, bright and luscious. It's all about the brand of a talented Aygul. The brand produces clothing inspired by '70s fashion and Jimmy Hendrix's music.

The brand designs clothing that compliment women silhouettes, and are perfect both as formal and casual outfits. In December 2021, the brand released a collection of "Depressed Men's" clothing, inspired by the 1930s Great Depression in America. In 2022, the "Freedom" collection was launched. Delicate pastel shades, flowing fabrics and relevant natural prints were used in designing the collection.

Refined design, high quality fabrics, an excellent fit and designer's prints are the main elements of the BUSINESS LINE, with both office wear and casual wear presented in the collection. BUSINESS LINE currently opened 25 brand stores in Russia and has 189 representatives across all regions. The team has a full-time design studio, high-tech equipment and in-house technologies used in production.

BUSINESS LINE operates in the following 4 areas: - Smart Dress — formal business attire; - Business Travel — business attire designed for business trips and travels; - Urban — business casual outfits; - Event — clothing for celebrations and significant events in the life of a business woman. Patterns of the company’s own design are used in the production, taking into account common body shapes of Russian women. In their collections, the brand shows how modern business women can show their individuality and emphasize their unique style, while maintaining a proper dress code.

Pears and walnuts: not only you can eat them, but they can be played, too. These and other tree types are used for the production of Balalaiker - a world renowned brand of folklore musical instruments. The Balalaiker instruments have been manufactured in the city of Ulyanovsk since 2013. Balalaikas, wheeled liras, guslis, hurdy-gurdy, svirels, musical accessories, branded modern electro-acoustic and electric balalaikas - Balalaiker offers an assortment of more than 40 various products.

Lumber from across the country is used in the manufacture of instruments. Birch, maple and spruce are mostly used. Some models are made of pear and walnut trees. And as for expensive instruments, rosewood and ebony are imported. Veneer of valuable breeds is used for finishing. Sleek historical decor, recognizable proportions and "dry" sound are the main components of the Balaliker musical instruments. In 2021, Balalaiker started exporting their products to the European market.

Barbara Grey is a band, founded in 2020, with the release of the first song "Ustala" ("Tired"). Varvara Usova is the band leader and songwriter. It all started with her playing the guitar and singing along. There are now 4 band members. The band plays in the genre of acoustic pop. In a very brief time of its existence, Barbara Grey managed to play live at various high-level events, including Long Night of Museums event, "My Fest" annual festival, a concert at the international art residence of creative industries. The band participated in the project called "Music on the streets of the city of U", played live on the main stage of the city during the celebration of Youth Day.

Their songs were repeatedly featured in various streaming services' playlists: "Alternative" on Yandex Music, "Second Shift", "Indie in Russian" on Apple Music. The song "Novyie Imena" ("New Names") was streamed more than 43,000 times on VK streaming service, according to Zvonko Group, the russian digital distributor. In 2022, the song "Muzyka ne dlya tantsev" ("Music Not for Dancing") was broadcasted by Priozersk FM (107.2). More than 1000 videos were shot on TikTok, using the song.

Boulevard is a unique interregional gastronomic open air - a festival of food and music in the Ulyanovsk region. It is traditionally held on the first Sunday of summer. The program includes various types of outdoor activities: 10 plus hours of music - live concerts, including cover bands from across Russia, a selections of street-food stands suitable for a large family picnic, entertainment venues for guests of all ages, massive photo spots and recreation areas.

The festival has been held since 2019. Boulevard won the Grand Prix in the nomination "Tourist event in the field of gastronomic tourism" of "Russian Event Awards" 2021. It took the 3rd place in the finals of the All-Russian Tourism Award "Events of Russia 2019" in the nomination "Culture. Gastronomic events". It is ranked in the 50 best events of 2022 according to the National Calendar of Events of Russia. And here's a little magic of numbers: in 2022, the festival was attended by more than 22,000 people.

CHIBOVA manufactures its own jewelry in co-authorship with nature. Real leaflet prints are used in the production of the accessories. Each ornament is unique. All items are manually manufactured from resin, clay, wood and high-quality hardware.

Сontrabanda (Smuggling) is a band that combines rock & roll with elements of chanson, pop music and jamming. The pure energy will leave its mark on every listener. Each live show is a blast! Elvis' hits, "Devchonka-Devchonochka", "Personal Jesus", a pop song of the 2000s "Mama Lyuba" - whatever the band chooses to play, it all sounds equally great.
