The Skillometer team created an adaptive system - Adaptive Employment System (AES) for employing people taking into account their individual characteristics and vacancy parameters The technology collects and processes data on the competencies of applicants and selects the most suitable vacancies for them.
Users will have access to recommendations for acquiring essential skills and educational paths for over 500 professions. The adaptive system allows the employer to find an employee with the requested competencies. AES will also be equipped with a mode for the visually impaired and video training. The project won the nomination "Forming educational trajectories to promote subsequent employment of citizens, including people with disabilities" category at the Data Hackathon.


SO COLD is an international jewelry brand from Yakutia. The brand has its own production facility where the team develops original collections of sterling silver jewelry, creates custom-made pieces to order, and supplies natural Yakut diamonds. SO Cold was founded in 2022 and launched based on the Yakut jewelry and diamond cutting cluster SAYBM. "Kholodnoe Zoloto" ("The Cold Gold") is a historical action film produced by Sahafilm company, directed by Petr Khiki. The storyline of the film takes place in the year 1942. While the country's forces are focused on fighting Nazi Germany, gangs operate in the southern part of Yakutia, robbing gold mines. The task of eliminating the largest gang is assigned to the chief of the local NKVD, senior lieutenant of state security, and the main protagonist of the film, Karasyov.
