Skillometer is a platform that utilizes AI technologies to enhance professional skills and competencies. The Skillometer team created an adaptive system - Adaptive Employment System (AES) for employing people taking into account their individual characteristics and vacancy parameters The technology collects and processes data on the competencies of applicants and selects the most suitable vacancies for them.

Users will have access to recommendations for acquiring essential skills and educational paths for over 500 professions. The adaptive system allows the employer to find an employee with the requested competencies. AES will also be equipped with a mode for the visually impaired and video training. The project won the nomination "Forming educational trajectories to promote subsequent employment of citizens, including people with disabilities" category at the Data Hackathon.
